Office
Place Perfect Realty was incorporated in August 1998. Its first office was opened in December 1999 at Marinette, WI. A new office located at 2056 Maple Ave., Marinette was purchased in February 2001. The Company began recruiting full time Associates in November 2001. In July of 2002 Place Perfect Realty merged with 15 year veteran, Marinette Realty, Inc. and in November of 2002 Place Perfect Realty added the seasoned veteran and founder of Prideland Realty, Inc. to its team. The Company’s second office was opened at 530 1st St., Menominee, MI in April 2003.
2004 saw a busy year for the growth of the firm, including the addition of two new affiliate companies and a third residential real estate office. In June a commercial real estate division under the name, THE COMMERCIAL PLACE was added at Appleton, WI. In August of 2004 real estate was purchased at 119 Brazeau Ave. (Hwy. 41), Oconto, WI for the Company’s third office location. Also in August a property manager was recruited to start building the Place Perfect Property Management brand.
Place Perfect Realty officially entered the Green Bay market in July of 2007 with the acquisition of Hearthside Homes and Realty and assumed their office at 2445B Lineville Rd., Green Bay, WI.
After having endured the Great Recession, a new Michigan office was purchased in March of 2011 at 2108 22nd Ave., Menominee, MI to provide increased office space and greater community presence. Currently the Michigan office resides at 833A 1st Street, Menominee.
To be closer to central Green Bay, Place Perfect Realty’s Green Bay office was also relocated in January of 2012 from Howard, WI to 550 N. Military Ave. in Green Bay and again in August of 2022 to 2360A Duck Creek Parkway, Suite 2 near Woodman's grocery store.
Place Perfect Realty continues to add high caliber, professional Associates and to seek out new markets for future growth opportunities.
