Welcome to Green Bay, located at the head of Green Bay, a sub-basin of Lake Michigan at the mouth of the Fox River. It is the third most populous city in Wisconsin.
Green Bay was known as the "Toilet Paper Capital of the World" because of the prevalence of the paper industry in the city. Other major employers are the health care industry, trucking and transportation, and food packaging.
Green Bay is home to NFL Football team the Green Bay Packers and historic Lambeau Field. Nicknamed "TitleTown" for the 13 NFL championships, a visit to the Packers Hall of Fame is a must.
The community has many opportunities for entertainment including Bay Beach Amusement park, The Broadway District, the Resch Center, Green Bay Botanical Gardens, N.E.W Zoo, the National Railroad Museum, and the Fox River State Recreational Trail.
The University of Wisconsin - Green Bay is a thriving college offering over 40 undergraduate and several graduate degrees.
