Menominee
Welcome to Menominee! Menominee is the fourth-largest city in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Downtown Menominee runs along the bay of Green Bay and includes the historic Great Lakes Memorial Marina. The Menominee Bandshell host many community events like concerts, art shows, car shows, and an exciting fireworks show on the breakwater during the summer community festival.
Menominee shares a historic high school football rivalry with neighbor Marinette, Wisconsin. The two have hosted the oldest interstate rivalry between two public high schools in the country, dating back to 1894, which locals call the "M & M" Game.
The greater Menominee area is home to a variety of industries, including shipbuilding, auto parts, chemicals, helicopter design and construction, airplane components, health care, and paper-making.
